Axis are a Hardcore band from Florida that formed in 2010. members have come & gone but this band is still always amazing; formally from  Daytona Beach and later claiming all of Florida for their own Axis are a force of unstoppable 90's inspired heavy hardcore that will leave you wanting to destroy everything in sight. These dudes a little while back put out a new split 7" with self defense family which is the frist release with new vocalist Rafael, & if you dig it you can also check out their new Unsane cover on their bandcamp. Axis is a 90's inspired heavy Hardcore band from Daytona Beach, Florida that formed in 2010. This brand new Split 7" (with Weight Of The World) which is going to be released late this month from On Point Records marks the last recording with vocalist Joshua. Josh Is one of the most genuine and upstanding people I've ever gotten the chance to meet in Hardcore and I wish him well on any future project. Fans of Axis should not be turned down by the Idea of a new vocalist, as Mike has been long time friends with the members and should fill out just nicely and I for one am looking forward to hearing new stuff with his contributions. check it out, get into it. also check out Weight Of The World as they are also an equally awesome band. 3rd post on Axis, a 90's inspired heavy Hardcore band from Daytona Beach. For those that downloaded the sampler I posted up before this is their full version of the EP Rites of Passage. If you ever get the chance to see these guys live DO NOT pass it up, they always put on an awesome show. For fans of Arkangel, Chokehold, Earthmover and many other awesome 90's hardcore & metalcore bands. features members of other great bands: Meantime, Years From Now, Night On Earth, Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus, Harbinger & No Harm Done. The opening riff for "for the coward" will have you fucking moving.

This is my second post on Axis, for those who haven't herd of them they are a 90's inspired heavy Hardcore band from Daytona. They made this sampler to give out at their shows to show case the LP they've been working on. Good stuff, if you ever get the chance to see them live don't sleep on it.

Axis is a 90's inspired heavy Hardcore band from Daytona that formed in 2010. Since recording this demo the guys were never happy with it and not until very recent they officially released it (limited to only 35 copies). While the demo isn't terrible by any means, it doesn't sound as amazing as they do live. Before I saw them live i didn't think it was going to be as awesome as they ended up sounding. Other bands members were in: Meantime, Years From Now, Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus, Khann, Virginia Is For Lovers, Total Recall, Decrypt, Arbiter of Conceit, Klootzak, No Harm Done & Boxing Day.
