Originally formed as a Pokemon themed band, the guys later with some help from a thunder stone Evolved into a band more about the pains of growing up, losing friends, and sellouts amongst other topics. This band is composed of some of my personal good friends and nothing makes me happier then knowing my buds are doing something they enjoy doing, this might not be for everyone but give it a shot. Warm Hands are a hardcore/punk band from Jacksonville Florida. This is my second post for them, check out the first one for the demo which rules too. last time I said they went on hiatus,but they now have a new upcoming split 7" being self-released in January on our their own label, Warhouse Records. It's with the band called Blackheath from Portland, Oregon. They are planing to start playing out again as soon as the record is put out, and maybe a small tour in March and are playing 'Hardcore 4 Hardcore' Fest this month. Brain Damage(also known as The Damage) was a Hardcore Punk band from Jacksonville, formed in the winter of 2004. After a demo the band released a 7" in 2005 that was put out by Wake Up And Live Records, which was followed by a small tour with the band I Accuse!. Sometime later the guys were plagued by member changes, and had a name change from Brain Damage to "The Damage". Under the new name they took a more rougher hardcore sound than they previously had. In 2006 they signed to Cabal Records and were planing on releasing an EP called "Feed The Vultures" but they broke up before it was ever released or finished as far as I know. I got to see this band a few times, one of which was out here in Daytona with Kids Like Us and The Neon Hookers and I really got into these guys quick, they ruled live so I got pretty bummed once they disappeared. They had a reunion in 2011 for a big New Year's Eve event called "Hardcore 4 Hardcore" out in Jax under the Brain Damage name. This download includes the Demo, Ack! Ack! 7" and some songs from the unreleased EP.

Shed For You were a Melodic/Chaotic Grindcore band from Tarpon Springs Florida formed in 2002. I got to see these dudes and talk to them many times during their existance and they seemed to be really be into playing out here in Daytona. I still have good memories of talking about I Have Dreams with bassist Pat or trying to get them to play the song they always hated playing "Your Music Is Bad and You Should Feel Bad". They started out as a school project for vocalist Brett along with Roger, & shortly after Chris joined on guitar. This was when the Exhibit A demo was made but was never released. They played a few shows as a 3 peice until Pat asked them to play bass, he had never played before being in the band. They recorded their first full length Exhibit B in 2003, which was followed by more Shows. In 2004 They recorded their 2nd full length Exhibit C and did a short tour with Silence After Tragedy. From 2004 to 2005 they toured the east coast of the United States a few times playing shows with Me & Him Call it Us, and Mass Movementnt of the Moth. At this time they put out an "unofficial" 10 song version of the Exhibit D release. Later in 2005 they released Exhibit E on Cassette & Mini CDs. Shed For You then toured a few times in 2006 (which included a set they played at the Central Connecticut State University campus radio station, that was recorded & later released on the Discography, that I can't find), they also re-recorded 4 songs off the Unofficial Exhibit D and made it into a 7". They were going to Make an Exhibit F but It never came to be and the band played their final show in December 16, 2007 at the Skate-park of Tampa in Tampa. In June 2008 they got back together for one last time (minus brett) to play the last show of their long time friends Now Soldiers at the 688 Skate-park in Clearwater. The guys in Shed For You also ran Sherwood Records which released all their stuff. After breaking up Chris went on to be in the band Devout, & I recall Roger did some experimental solo project but the name escapes me. The Download includes Exhibits B,C,D,& E I'm still looking for A, & the unofficial D if anyone out there has it.

I've got to see these dudes play a few times and they are fantastic, lots of energy and just a great stage presence. Strengthen What Remains are a hardcore band from Tampa. Now these guys are a Christian Hardcore or what some call "Spirit-filled hardcore" band which I don't really post too much of, but these guys are some really hardworking dudes and they aren't the kind of band to shove what they believe down your throat. I've got to see them play around 3 or 4 times out here and the singer Josh happens to be one of the nicest dudes I've met in a long while, so give it a chance and check them out.

Night On Earth was a very short lived melodic hardcore/punk band from Daytona Beach. After writing songs and all that band type stuff they played 3 live shows and called it quits as to not get too hyped up and sell out like most bands, they got back together for Nightlights record release show and then played once more sometime after that. They were going to play at a battle of the bands but before that took place they called it quits a second time. This band ruled and I was very upset at the short life span they had. These jams right here are def winners and lets us hear what could have been the next big thing coming out of this town. If your a fan of Nightlights (also from daytona) then this is right up your alley. Features members of Axis, Meantime, Years From Now, Every Waking Moment, A Game Of You & Virginia Is For Lovers.

Lights Go Out! was a pop/hardcore punk band from Orlando/Daytona formed and broken up in 2007. This band was fronted by my old friend Michal Mcgrath after he left Daytona for the ole Otown. He met some kids out there that wanted play stuff in the vain of lifetime, kid dynamite, the movielife. They only played a handful of shows if at that before some problems which led to them not doing anything before finally calling it quits. Gonzalo from the Peru band Metamorphosis also helped with some guitar work on the demo. Mikey was also a member of Savannah & My X The Slut.

Weight Of The World is a hardcore band from Port St. Lucie Florida.The band was started by founding members Mitch Zientz and Dillon Dente, who both wrote and recorded the songs themselves. So far they only have a demo that was recorded between 2009 and 2010 that was released via 3-track cassette (limited to only 50). I just saw these guys play their first show last night (march 19th) and they ruled. no one would have known it was their first show if they didn't notify us. The band features ex-members of Barriers now Bridges, & Know the Score. One more Florida band to get stoked on, can't wait for these dudes to make more stuff.

Table For One was a one man Emo/Indie acoustic project from Ormond Beach. It was formed by my friend John Daly during some of his most troubled lady times. The short time of John's Project He released an EP "Thursday Nights", a Single "11:11", a split with my old lame project xEddie Brockx, was on some Compilations I put out & a final Discogrpahy CD which even included live tracks from his only live show called "Daly Moved Away". For this download I am puting up a 3 song EP which are his best songs, so it's time to cry about the girl that left you. John was also in Over Population, Riley Mason, XvoiceX & Sounds Amongst Silence.

Dropout was a fast paced hardcore band from Orlando. These guys & the fans always seemed to cause a ruckus whenever they played live from what I've herd tales of. They broke up some time back but got back together later for a real final show. Also included with this download is a rougher version of the song "Sink" that one of the members sent to me to use on a self released compilation CD I passed out at shows.
Vices are a Hardcore band from Jacksonville formed in the summer of 2009. They play fast, have shredding guitar parts and angry shouting vocals. This four song demo is good times.

Eat Shit! was a Jacksonville/Orlando based thrash/hardcore band that formed around 2006. Influenced by the likes of Minor Threat, D.R.I., and Black Flag. They were relatively short lived putting out only a demo CD and a limited Cassette Tape version of it as well. They pretty much just played local areas of Jax, Orlando & Daytona. I never got a chance to see them live but always dug this demo, my buddy Jesse told me the time he saw them the singer Matt M. broke a shit load of microphones during their short set. Later down the line Matt G went on to be in Learn Nothing and straight edge band Thin Line. The demo features 5 original songs and a The Descendants cover
